HOW HORSES CAN HELP

Horses can help us exponentially on our journey, because they show up as we seek to- as themselves. They don’t worry about what we’re thinking or how much we like them. They aren’t scared to set boundaries.

We work together with horses by supporting you in building a relationship with your horse- a real, authentic relationship not built on bribes with carrots or control with equipment. In building this relationship, you will see your patterns and belief systems come to light sometimes uncomfortably fast! But here’s where the big shifts happen. With this insight, you can choose to show up differently and, with a horse, see the impact of this new choice immediately! This is powerful. This supports us in embodying change in real time, not thinking about it and hopefully acting on it later. And we get to help the horses too.
