I’m not about playing small. If you choose to step into a coaching relationship with me, you are ready to dive deep into your true divine purpose at this crucial time in our world. I promise you are important. My life coaching training includes a Spiritual Life Coaching Certification from Awakened Academy. I have had profound spiritual experiences in my life that inform how I see the world. You don’t need to have the same spiritual perspectives as I do, but we will likely be the best match if you
are open to leaning into your connection to source.
I’m also a somatic coach. Because we need to be in our bodies. This is a time to embody our essential selves to have an impact in the world. This is not the time to spiritually bypass or dissociate from our bodies because it’s hard to be in the world. I’m not saying I haven’t done this, I certainly have. Which is why if this is true for you, I can lead you back to your body in a safe way, so your spirit and body can inform and enhance one another. I have extensive training as a somatic therapist and bring this into my work as a coach, not to do somatic therapy, but to create a space where your body is welcome and attuned to during our work together. We will learn what your body has to say about how you’re living your life and what it needs to thrive. We will work with the body to be the thriving vessel of your thriving spirit.
During our sessions, Katherine held space that made me feel safe, heard, understood, and validated. She was quickly able to get “to the heart” of matters that were important to me so we could begin work right away. She offered creative, solution-oriented ideas and techniques that helped me perceive things in a whole new light.
