Horses have long been a part of our evolution as humans. This time of humanity bridging to the New Earth is no different. I partner with horses to facilitate retreats, workshops, and long-term equine programs centered on Sovereignty and Consciousness Raising within the self and for the planet. As a group, we entrain with these magnificent beings – connecting with them, building trust, learning from their essence and example – and gaining access to our own deep inner wisdom. In the process, all participants have the extraordinary opportunity to witness these revelations. This work is profound.
HOW DID I GET HERE?
The horses I got to be in relationship with during my childhood helped raise me. I can still feel in my body the somatic sensations of excitement and awe I felt as I drove to those first riding lessons at age 9. I joined Pony Club and competed in novice-level horse trials, caring more about what I studied about horses than what I learned in school. Horses taught me about responsibility and care, and they supported me through the toughest experiences of my life. I learned firsthand that horses have this uncanny ability to show or give us exactly what we need.
WHAT WE CAN GAIN FROM THEM
Before joining the coaching world, I had 10 years of experience as an equine therapist. This was fulfilling work and yet I found myself yearning to integrate more energetic and spiritual pieces into the work with horses. I was led to various trainers and teachers, and integrated my spiritual teachers’ guidance with what I had learned from horses. Through this journey, I discovered a new way of being with horses – a way of being that is present, energetically respectful, and embodied. Horses are always present and in their bodies. When we practice BEing with them, entraining to their powerful heart field, we can more easily tap into our Divine Selves, our True, Pure Natures. In doing so, we evolve – together.
